Time at Purchase

Monday to Sunday
Purchase made Before
7:00 am Everyday		  You can collect the products 2 working days at the local store you selected at purchase.
（For Example：If you made an order on Monday BEFORE 7:00 am, you can collect at store on Wednesday or later.）
Purchase made After
7:00 am Everyday		 You can collect the products 3 working days at the local store you selected at purchase.
（For Example：If you made an order on Monday AFTER 7:00 am, you can collect at store on Thursday or later.）

Remarks：

  1. The actual delivery time will be depending on the arrangement from logistic company.
  2. Upon receipt on a new order, Abysse CS will contact client  (via WhatsApp, Mobile or Email) for confirming the pick up date and time.
  3. If the products is out of stock, Abysse CS will contact client  (via WhatsApp, Mobile or Email) and make arrangement as soon as we received the order.
  4. For the arrangement of public holidays, it will depend on the arrangement of the local stores, please call +852 3702 1178 or  WhatsApp +852 6066 1425 to learn the details。(In case of force majeure factors, such as: typhoons, earthquakes and floods … and so on, it will depend on the situation at that time and will be announced the arrangement separately ).
